Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abu Aliah (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) say that a pregnant woman who obtains khula will receive maintenance.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that a woman who obtains khul‘ will receive maintenance, but if she has accepted the condition of not receiving it, then she will not receive it.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a woman who obtains khula will receive maintenance, however, if she has accepted the condition of not receiving it, then she will not receive it. Hazrat Tawus says that she will receive maintenance. Hazrat Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) says that she will receive maintenance. A man will spend on his children.

Hazrat Qasim, may Allah have mercy on him, says regarding a pregnant woman who obtains khula that she will definitely receive maintenance.

Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that she will receive maintenance.

Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if she is pregnant, she will receive maintenance.

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) say that every pregnant woman will receive maintenance.

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding a pregnant woman who seeks khula that she will receive maintenance.
