Hadith 19372
١٩٣٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن إبراهيم بن ميمون مولى آل سمرة عن عروة بن (فائد) (١) أن وجلًا قال لامرأته: إن فعلت كذا وكذا فلست لي بامرأة، ⦗٢٥٠⦘ (ففعلت) (٢) فانطلقت معه إلى عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى (فقال) (٣): ما نوى.
Hazrat Urwah bin Faid, may Allah have mercy on him, says that a man said to his wife, "If you do such and such things, then you are not my wife." The woman did those things. Then she came with her husband to Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila, may Allah be pleased with him. He said, "What was intended has taken place." Then she went with her husband to Hazrat Abu Abdullah Jadali, and he also said, "What was intended has taken place." And Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy on him, said, "This is nothing."
Hadith 19375
١٩٣٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن هشام الدستوائي عن قتادة قال: قلت لسعيد بن المسيب: إن (الحجاج) (١) يحدث عن أبيه أنه قال في رجل قال لامرأته: لست لي بامرأة، فقال: تطليقة، فقال سعيد: (ما) (٢) أبعد.
Hazrat Qatadah says that I said to Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) that Hajjaj narrates from his father that a man said to his wife, "You are not my wife, so one divorce will take place." Upon hearing this, Hazrat Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) said that this is a very far-fetched matter.
Hadith 19376
١٩٣٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم سئل (١) (عن رجل) (٢) قال لامرأته: (ما أنت لي) (٣) بامرأة مرارا وهو غضبان، قال إبراهيم: ما أراه بلغ هذا (٤) إلا وهو يريد الطلاق.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a person, in a state of anger, repeatedly says to his wife, "You are not my wife," what is the ruling? He replied: In my opinion, he can only reach this extent by intending divorce.
Hadith 19377
١٩٣٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري أنه قال (في رجل قال) (١) لامرأته: لست لي بامرأة، قال: ما نوى.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person says to his wife, "You are not my wife," then it depends on his intention.
Hadith 19378
١٩٣٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن مطر عن الحسن (١) وعطاء في رجل قال لامرأته: لست لي بامرأة (قالا) (٢): كذبة (ليست) (٣) بشيء.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) and 'Ata' (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a person says to his wife, "You are not my wife," then this is a lie and it means nothing.
Hadith 19379
١٩٣٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة قال: إذا واجهها (به) (١) وأراد الطلاق فهي واحدة (٢).
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when he faced her and said it with the intention of divorce, then one divorce will take place.
