Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man says to his wife, "If you wish, you are divorced," then if she wishes, the divorce will take place, and if she does not wish, the divorce will not take place.

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man says to his wife, "If you wish, you are divorced," then if the woman says, "I have chosen divorce," one divorce will take place and the man will have the right to take her back. And if he says, "If you wish, I will divorce you," and she says, "I have chosen," then if the man wishes, he may divorce her.
