Hadith 19171
١٩١٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن الأعمش عن المنهال بن عمرو عن نعيم بن (دجاجة) (١) في رجل طلق امرأته تطليقتين ثم (قال) (٢): أنت علي حرج فقال عمر: ما هي (بأهونهن) (٣) (٤).
Hazrat Naeem bin Dajajah, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked that if a person gave his wife two divorces and then said, "You are a calamity for me." He replied that Hazrat Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said that she is not less than a calamity.
Hadith 19172
١٩١٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن سعيد عن قتادة عن (خلاس) (١) وأبي حسان (أن) (٢) عليًا كان يقول: ثلاث (٣).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that if a person says to his wife, "You are a calamity for me," then this is equivalent to three divorces, and Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) also used to say the same.
Hadith 19174
١٩١٧٤ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية (عن معمر) (١) عن الزهري في طلاق الحرج: (ثلاث) (٢)] (٣).
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person says to his wife, "You are a calamity for me," then this is equal to three divorces.
Hadith 19175
١٩١٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الصمد بن (عبد) (١) الوارث عن وهيب عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه في طلاق الحرج: ما نوى.
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person says to his wife, "You are a trouble for me," then the intention is taken into consideration in this matter.
Hadith 19176
١٩١٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو داود الطيالسي عن هشام عن قتادة أن عليًا قال في طلاق الحرج: ثلاثًا (١).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a person says to his wife, "You are a calamity for me," then this is equivalent to three divorces. This was also the opinion of Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him).
