Hadith 18952
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man says to his wife, "I have permitted you, so get married," then if he did not intend divorce, it is nothing. This matter was mentioned before Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him), so he said, "By Him in whose name oaths are sworn, it would have been better if divorce had taken place."
Hadith 18954
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man says to his wife, "Get out of my house! Why are you sitting in my house? You are not my wife!" and he says this three times, Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that it will be counted as one time and it will depend on his intention.
