Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abu Qalabah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the waiting period (‘iddah). Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) also say the same.

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that if a person divorces his wife while she is in her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife while she is in her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the 'iddah.

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person divorces his wife while she is menstruating, that menstrual period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, then that period will not be counted in the 'iddah.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the 'iddah.

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Khallas (may Allah have mercy on him) state that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person divorces his wife during her menstrual period, that period will not be counted in the 'iddah.
