If Li'an Is Concluded, the Child Belongs to the Father
Hadith 18653
١٨٦٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يحيى بن اليمان عن سفيان عن جابر ومطرف عن الشعبي (قال) (١): إذا درأ اللعان ألزق به الولد.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when li'an is completed, the child will belong to the father.
Hadith 18654
١٨٦٥٤ - حدثنا يحيى بن اليمان عن سفيان عن ليث (عن) (١) مجاهد وعطاء مثله.
It is also narrated in the same way from Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him).
Hadith 18655
١٨٦٥٥ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: نا زهير عن مطرف عن الشعبي قال: إذا لم يكن لعان ألحق الولد بالوالد.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when li'an is completed, the child will belong to the father.
