ما قالوا في الرجل يتزوج على الوصفاء
On Marrying in Exchange for Servants or Slave Women
Hadith 18598
١٨٥٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون قال: (أخبرنا) (١) هشام عن ⦗٦٣⦘ الحسن وابن سيرين أنهما (كانا) (٢) (لا) (٣) (يريان) (٤) بأسًا أن يتزوج الرجل على كذا وكذا وصيفا.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) did not see any harm in a man marrying a woman on the condition that he would give her a certain number of servants.
Hadith 18599
١٨٥٩٩ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: لا بأس أن يتزوج الرجل على بنت وخادم وعلى الوصفاء (و) (١) الوصائف.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that there is no harm in marrying in exchange for a maidservant, female slaves, or male slaves.
