Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man accuses his wife before consummation, the man will perform li'an with his wife and she will receive half the dowry, and if her pregnancy becomes apparent, she will receive the full dowry.

Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man accuses his wife before consummation, then the man will perform li'an with her and she will receive half the dowry.

Hasan and Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) say that if a person accuses his wife before consummation, then the man will perform li'an with her and she will receive half the dowry.

It is similarly narrated from Hazrat Zararah bin Aufa (may Allah have mercy on him).

It is narrated similarly from Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him.

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person accuses his wife before consummation, then the man will perform li'an with her and she will receive half the dowry.

Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if her pregnancy becomes apparent, she will receive the full dowry.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person accuses his wife before consummation, then the man will perform li'an with her and she will receive half the dowry.
