(في) قوله: ﴿علم الله أنكم (ستذكرونهن)
Explanation of the Quranic Verse: {Allah knows that you will mention them} ({عَلِمَ اللّٰہُ أَنَّکُمْ سَتَذْْکُرُوْنَھُنَّ})
Hadith 18313
١٨٣١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: ﴿(١) عَلِمَ اللَّهُ أَنَّكُمْ سَتَذْكُرُونَهُنَّ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٣٥]، قال: ذكره إياها في نفسه.
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him), in the commentary of the verse { عَلِمَ اللّٰہُ أَنَّکُمْ سَتَذْْکُرُوْنَھُنَّ } of the Holy Qur'an, says that it means a man remembering a woman in his heart.
Hadith 18314
١٨٣١٤ - حدثنا وكيع عن يزيد عن الحسن: ﴿عَلِمَ اللَّهُ أَنَّكُمْ سَتَذْكُرُونَهُنَّ﴾ قال: في الخطبة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says in the commentary of the verse { عَلِمَ اللّٰہُ أَنَّکُمْ سَتَذْْکُرُوْنَھُنَّ } of the Holy Qur'an that it means mentioning in the proposal of marriage.
