Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man kisses a woman, touches her with desire, or looks at her private parts, then his daughter becomes forbidden (haram) for that man.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man kisses a mother, her daughter becomes unlawful for him, and if he kisses a daughter, the mother becomes unlawful for him.

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man kisses a woman, or touches her with desire, or has intercourse with her in a place other than the private parts, then if he wishes, he may marry her, and if he wishes, he may marry her daughter; and if he does such with a girl, then he may marry her mother.

Qatadah and Abu Hashim (may Allah be pleased with them) said that if a man kisses his wife's mother or daughter, his wife becomes unlawful for him.
