Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The slave who marries without the permission of his master is an adulterer."

It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The slave who marries without the permission of his master is an adulterer."

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that for a slave to marry without the permission of his master is adultery, and the one who arranges such a marriage is deserving of punishment.

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out upon him.

Hazrat Jariri says that I asked Ghaneem bin Qais whether if a slave marries without the permission of his master, will he be considered an adulterer? He replied that he will be sinful. I asked again, will he be considered an adulterer? He again replied that he will be sinful.

Muhammad says that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, then he has committed a sin; ask about this matter.

Hazrat Ikrimah says that a slave cannot marry without the permission of his master.
