Those Who Consider It Disliked to Marry a Man’s Former Wife and Her Daughter from Another Wife
Hadith 17220
١٧٢٢٠ - حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب قال: سئل الحسن عن الرجل يتزوج امرأة الرجل وابنته فكره ذلك يعني من غيرها.
Ayyub narrates that Hasan was asked: If a man marries both the former wife of a person and his daughter from another wife, what is the ruling? He declared it impermissible.
Hadith 17221
١٧٢٢١ - حدثنا شبابة عن شعبة عن فضيل عن (أبي حريز) (١) عن عكرمة أنه كان يكره أن يجمع الرجل بين المرأة و (بين) (٢) امرأة أبيها.
Hazrat Ikrimah considered it undesirable for a man to marry the former wife of a person and also his daughter who was from another wife besides her.
