Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Mak'hool narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) removed the clothes of one of his slave women. Later, one of his sons asked him for that slave woman, so he said, "She is not lawful for you."

Hazrat Mak'hool narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) removed the clothes of one of his slave women. Later, one of his sons asked him for that slave woman, so he said, "She is not lawful for you."

Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) removed the clothes of one of his slave girls. Later, one of his sons asked him for that slave girl, so he said, "She is not lawful for you."

Hazrat Abdullah bin Aamir narrates that when the time of my father's death approached, he said to his sons that none of you should have intercourse with my such-and-such slave woman. Abdullah bin Aamir says that to our knowledge, my father did not have intercourse with that slave woman, but it is possible that he may have seen her naked.

Hazrat Mak'hool narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) saw one of his slave girls naked. Then, on one occasion, one of his sons asked him for that slave girl, so he replied, "She is not lawful for you."

The same is narrated through another chain.

Hazrat Hakam states that when the time of Hazrat Masruq's death approached, he said that he had only such relations with his slave woman that made her forbidden (haram) for his sons, meaning touching and looking.

Hazrat Mujahid says that if a man touches the private part of his slave-girl, or places his private part against hers, or has intercourse with her, then this slave-girl will become forbidden for his father and sons.

Hasan was asked: If a person sees his slave-girl naked, is that slave-girl lawful for his father or his sons? He replied: If he kissed his slave-girl or removed her clothes out of desire, then his father and his sons cannot use that slave-girl.

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that if a man removes the clothes of his slave-girl and looks at her, then she is not lawful for his son.

Ibrahim said regarding an issue that the opinion of the scholars was that if a man buys a slave-girl and his wife fears that he will have intercourse with that slave-girl, and the woman tells her son to lie with that slave-girl, then that slave-girl will become forbidden for her husband.

Hazrat Zuhri says that if a man kisses a slave-girl or looks at her private parts, then that slave-girl becomes forbidden for his son.

Hazrat Mak'hool says that if a person sees his slave-girl naked, then that slave-girl will not be permissible (halal) for his father or his sons.

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid was asked that a man has a slave-girl, he touched her private part or looked at her private part, then gave her as a gift to his son, so can the son have intercourse with her? He replied: No.

Hazrat Sha'bi says that Hazrat Masruq wrote in a letter to his family not to sell his slave-girl, as he had only such contact with her that would make her unlawful for his sons, i.e., touching and looking.
