Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Fadl bin Abbas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) continued to recite the Talbiyah until the stoning of Jamrah Aqabah, then he stoned with seven pebbles and recited Takbeer with each pebble.

Hazrat Abdullah performed the stoning of Jamrah Aqabah from the bottom of the valley and recited Takbeer with every pebble.

Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khulqani narrates that I saw Hazrat Salim bin Abdullah performing the stoning of Jamrah Aqabah from the bottom of the valley, and he recited Takbeer with every pebble.

Hazrat Ata said to the person whose two pebbles fell together at the Jamrah, "Recite Takbeer once for each pebble."

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) would recite Takbeer with every pebble.

It is narrated from the mother of Hazrat Sulaiman bin Amr bin Al-Ahwas that she saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) come to the bottom of the valley and perform the stoning of the Jamrah with seven pebbles, and he recited Takbeer with each pebble.

Hazrat Qasim performed the Rami of Jamrah and recited Takbeer with every pebble.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Majlez that Hazrat Jibreel gave Ibrahim seven pebbles, then both proceeded towards Aqabah. Then Satan appeared before them. Hazrat Jibreel said to him, "Strike him and recite Takbeer." Ibrahim kept striking him and reciting Takbeer until Satan fled. Then they did the same at the other two Jamrah as well.
