في الرجل (يصيب) الصيد فلا يجد له ندا من النعم
If a muhrim hunts and there is no similar animal for compensation
Hadith 15096
١٥٠٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن سماك عن عكرمة قال: سأل مروان بن الحكم، ابن عباس ونحن بوادي الأزرق فقال: الصيد يصيده المحرم (١) لا يجد له (ندًا) (٢) من النعم فقال ابن عباس: ثمنه يهدى إلى مكة (٣).
Hazrat Marwan bin Hakam asked Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), and we were at that time in the valley of Azraq, that if a Muhrim hunts and does not find an equivalent animal, what should he do? He replied that its price should be sent to Makkah Mukarramah.
Hadith 15097
١٥٠٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: إذا أصاب المحرم من الصيد ما لم يكن فيه هدي تصدق بثمنه.
Ibrahim says that if a person in the state of Ihram hunts an animal whose value does not reach that of a Hadi, then he should give its price as charity.
Hadith 15098
١٥٠٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر قال: ما لم يبلغ هديًا فطعام يطعمه.
Hazrat Aamir says that if it does not reach the value of Hadi, then feed a poor person.
