If a muhrim cuts a tree in the Haram
Hadith 14491
١٤٤٩١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص (عن) (١) عبد الملك (بن) (٢) جريج عن عطاء في (رجل) (٣) يقطع من شجر الحرم، قال: في القضيب درهم وفي الدوحة (بقرة) (٤).
Hazrat Ata says regarding the person who cuts a tree of the Haram (while in the state of Ihram), he says that for cutting a tree with long branches (grass), he will give one dirham, and for a big tree, he will sacrifice a cow.
Hadith 14492
١٤٤٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب بن عطاء عن إسماعيل بن مسلم عن الحارث وحماد قالا: في الذي يعضد من شجر الحرم (قالا) (١): عليه قيمته.
Hazrat Harith and Hazrat Hammad state regarding the one who cuts down a tree of the Haram that the value of that tree is obligatory upon him.
