في الرجل يعتمر بعد الحج من قال: يجري على رأسه الموسى
If someone performs ‘umrah after Hajj, should he shave his head?
Hadith 14138
١٤١٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية ووكيع عن الأعمش عن أبي الضحى عن مسروق أنه سئل (عن) (١) رجل اعتمر (فحلق) (٢)، ثم حج، قال: يُمِر على رأسه الموسى.
Hazrat Masrooq was asked that if a person gets his head shaved after performing Umrah and then performs Hajj, what should he do? He replied: Then he should only pass a razor over his head.
Hadith 14139
١٤١٣٩ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن (عياش) (١) عن (سعيد) (٢) بن جبير قال: يمر على رأسه الموسى] (٣).
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair also says regarding such a person that he should shave his head.
Hadith 14140
١٤١٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن ابن (جريج) (١) عن عطاء قال: سمعته سئل عن الذي يعتمر بعد الحج، (قال) (٢): يُمر على رأسه الموسى.
It was asked from Hazrat Ata whether a person should perform Umrah after Hajj? He replied: He should shave his head.
Hadith 14141
١٤١٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن مثنى عن عطاء في الشيخ الكبير يحج وهو أصلع، قال: يُمر (الموسى على رأسه) (١).
It was asked from Hazrat Ata whether an old man performs Hajj and he is bald? He replied that a razor should be passed over his head.
Hadith 14142
١٤١٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن ابن نافع عن أبيه قال: كان ابن عمر رجل أصلع، فكان إذا حج أو اعتمر أمر على رأسه الموسى (١).
There was no hair on the head of Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both); whenever he performed Hajj or Umrah, he would simply pass a razor over his head.
