Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Mujahid was asked that if a person assumes the Ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and his wife also assumes the Ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and then they have conjugal relations, he replied: Both should continue with their Hajj and Umrah, and each is required to offer a sacrifice, and in the following year, it is obligatory for them to perform Hajj and Umrah as compensation, and in the following year, they should not pass by the place where this incident occurred.

Hasan was asked: If a person puts on the Ihram for Hajj and Umrah and then has lawful intercourse with his wife, what is the ruling? He replied: He must offer two sacrifices.

Hazrat Ata says that whether a person performs Hajj Qiran or not, both are equal regarding the penalty for hunting.
