Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) contracted marriage while in the state of Ihram.

Hazrat Ata states that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married Hazrat Maymunah while in the state of Ihram.

Hazrat Abdullah did not consider there to be any harm in contracting marriage while in the state of Ihram.

Ibrahim says that there is no harm in a person in the state of ihram contracting marriage.

Hazrat Qasim says that there is no harm in a Muhrim contracting marriage.

Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad whether a person in the state of Ihram can perform Nikah? Both of them replied: There is no harm in it.

Hazrat Ata says: I do not see any harm in a person in the state of Ihram performing Nikah.

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said that there is no harm in a Muhrim contracting marriage.

Ibrahim says: There is no harm in a muhrim contracting marriage.

Hazrat Masrooq narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) contracted marriage while in the state of Ihram.
