Hadith 13022
١٣٠٢٢ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن وسعيد بن المسيب.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib, Hazrat Mashar, and Ibrahim state that when someone does zihar with a woman and has not yet had intercourse with her, if he says, "If I come to you," there is no fixed limit or time in this; when he pays the expiation, he may go to her.
Hadith 13023
١٣٠٢٣ - وعن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قالوا: (إذا) (١) ظاهر منها (ظهارًا) (٢) ولم يدخل (فيه) (٣): إن غشيتك، فلا حد في ذلك ولا وقت، إذا كفر غشيها.
13023 - From Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim, they said: (If) (1) he makes zihar from her (ziharan) (2) and has not consummated (with her) (3): “If I approach you,” then there is no hadd in that and no set time; if he expiates, he may approach her.
