في الرجل يحلف على مال الرجل
If someone swears an oath regarding another person's wealth
Hadith 13020
١٣٠٢٠ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن حصين عن أبي مالك قال: اليمين التي لا يكفر الرجل يحلف للرجل على مال رجل مسلم فيقتطعه ظالمًا وهو فيه (كاذب) (١).
Hazrat Abu Malik says: That oath for which there is no expiation is when a person swears an oath regarding the wealth of a Muslim for someone, and thus separates it from him unjustly, while he is lying in it.
Hadith 13021
١٣٠٢١ - حدثنا (أبو أسامة) (١) عن ابن عون عن إبراهيم ومحمد والحسن في قوله: ﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا﴾ [آل عمران: ٧٧]، (قالوا) (٢): هو الرجل يقتطع مال الرجل بيمينه.
Ibrahim, Muhammad, and Hasan state that Allah Almighty says { اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَشْتَرُوْنَ بِعَھْدِ اللّٰہِ وَ اَیْمَانِھِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِیْلًا } that this refers to the person who separates someone from his wealth by swearing an oath.
