Hadith 12943
١٢٩٤٣ - حدثنا عباد عن سفيان بن حسين قال: سألت الحسن وابن سيرين عن رجل ظاهر من امرأته ولم يكفر (و) (١) تهاون بذلك، (قالا) (٢): يستعدي (عليه) (٣).
Hazrat Sufyan bin Husain narrates that I asked Hazrat Hasan and Hazrat Ibn Sirin: If a man performs zihar with his wife and does not pay the expiation and is negligent in this matter, what should be done? Both of them replied: The woman will file a claim against him.
Hadith 12944
١٢٩٤٤ - (و) (١) (حدثنا) (٢) الضحاك (بن) (٣) مخلد عن ابن (جريج) (٤) عن ⦗٣٦٤⦘ ابن طاوس عن أبيه قال: إذا قال المظاهر: لا حاجة لي بها لم يترك حتى يطلق أو يكفر.
Hazrat Tawus narrates from his father that when the one who has pronounced zihar says, "I have no need or requirement for her," he will not be released until he either gives divorce or pays the expiation.
