الرجل يجب عليه كفارة في يمين أو غيره أيطعم مسكينا واحدا يردد عليه؟
If expiation for an oath is due, can one feed the same poor person repeatedly instead of ten different poor people?
Hadith 12908
١٢٩٠٨ - حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن قال: كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يطعم مسكينًا واحدًا عشر مرات في كفارة اليمين.
Hazrat Amr says that Hasan did not consider it objectionable to feed the same poor person ten times in expiation for an oath.
Hadith 12909
١٢٩٠٩ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: لا يجزئ في كفارة اليمين إلا (إطعام) (١) عشرة مساكين.
Hazrat Aamir says that it will not be sufficient for the expiation of an oath until ten needy people are fed.
