من قال: (فيؤه) كفارة ولا شيء عليه
Some scholars say fulfilling (the return) itself is the expiation and nothing else is required
Hadith 12899
١٢٨٩٩ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن كان يقول: (فيؤه) (١) (كفارته) (٢).
Hasan says that fulfilling it (making up for it) is itself the expiation.
Hadith 12900
١٢٩٠٠ - [حدثنا (جرير) (١) عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الذي يؤلي من امرأته ⦗٣٥٤⦘ فيفيء، قال: كان بعضهم يقول: (فيؤه) (٢) (كفارة) (٣)] (٤).
Ibrahim was asked: If a man makes an oath of abstinence (ila) from his wife and then returns to her (what is the ruling)? He replied: Some of them (the Companions and jurists) used to say that his return itself is the expiation.
Hadith 12901
١٢٩٠١ - حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن (الحسن في) (١) الرجل يحلف (لا) (٢) يقرب امرأته عشرة أيام ثم قربها قبل العشرة قال: لا كفارة عليه.
Hasan was asked: If a person swears that he will not go to his wife for ten days, but then he approaches her before the ten days are over, what is the ruling? He replied: There is no expiation upon him.
