في الرجل يحلف بالإحرام، ما كفارة ذلك؟
If someone swears an oath while in ihram, what is its expiation?
Hadith 12796
١٢٧٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي رباح عن مجاهد في رجل حلف بالإحرام، قال: ليس عليه شيء.
Hazrat Mujahid says that if a person takes an oath while in the state of Ihram, there is nothing (no penalty) upon him.
Hadith 12798
١٢٧٩٨ - حدثنا (مروان) (١) بن معاوية عن حسان بن أبي يحيى قال: سمعت عكرمة وسأله رجل فقال: إني حلفت لامرأتي بعشر حجج إن أنا وطئت جارية لي فقال عكرمة: لو (وفيت) (٢) بها كانت (للشيطان) (٣)، اذهب ⦗٣٢٦⦘ (فإنما) (٤) هي (يمين) (٥) (فكفرها) (٦).
Hazrat Hassan bin Abi Yahya narrates that I heard from Hazrat Ikrimah when a person asked him: "I have taken an oath that if I do not have intercourse with my slave-girl, I will make my wife perform ten Hajj?" He replied: "If you fulfill this oath, it will be for Satan; go away, this is an oath, pay its expiation."
Hadith 12799
١٢٧٩٩ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: حدثنا سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن وجابر ابن زيد قالا: إذا قال: هو محرم بحجة (يكفر) (١) يمينه.
Hasan and Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid say that when a person, while in the state of Ihram for Hajj, takes an oath, he should offer expiation for his oath.
Hadith 12800
١٢٨٠٠ - حدثنا المحاربي عن حجاج عن عطاء في رجل قال: عليه ألف حجة، قال: عليه كفارة يمين.
It was asked from Hazrat Ata that if a person swears an oath saying, "A thousand Hajj are obligatory upon me," he replied that he must pay the expiation for the oath.
Hadith 12801
١٢٨٠١ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: ثنا زهير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يقول: هو محرم بألف حجة، قال: يحج ما استطاع.
Ibrahim was asked about a person who swears an oath that he is in ihram with a thousand pilgrimages. He replied: He should perform as many pilgrimages as he is able.
