في الرجل يحلفه السلطان أن يخبره بمال رجل
If a ruler makes someone swear to inform him about another person's wealth
Hadith 12790
١٢٧٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عمر بن أيوب عن جعفر بن برقان عن ميمون عن شريح أن رجلًا استودعه مالًا وكان للسلطان عند ذلك الرجل بقية فقال لشريح: إنا نستحلفك، قال: كنت أدفع عن ماله ما استطعت ما لم اضطر إلى اليمين.
A person deposited some entrusted property with Hazrat Shurayh. That person owed some wealth to the king. Hazrat Shurayh was told, "Indeed, we make you swear an oath." He replied, "As long as I have the strength, I will continue to defend his property (and keep people away from it) until I am compelled to take an oath."
Hadith 12791
١٢٧٩١ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يستحلفه السلطان على أن يدل على رجل مسلم أو على ماله فقال: يحلف ويكفر يمينه.
Hasan was asked about a person whom the king made to swear that he would inform him about a certain Muslim or about his wealth. He replied: He should take the oath and later offer expiation for his oath.
