Hadith 12788
١٢٧٨٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر (١) قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن مبارك عن ابن جريج عن عطاء (٢).
Hazrat Rabee’ says that Hasan was asked about a man who has conjugal relations with his wife while she is making up missed fasts of Ramadan. He replied: There is nothing (no penalty) upon him.
Hadith 12789
١٢٧٨٩ - وعن الربيع عن الحسن في الرجل يأتي امرأته وهي تقضي شهر رمضان (قالا) (١): ليس عليه شيء.
12789 - From Al-Rabi' from Al-Hasan regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is making up days from Ramadan (they both said): There is nothing upon him.
