من قال: لا يقضيه و (إن) صام الدهر
Those who say that even a lifetime of fasting cannot make up for a missed Ramadan fast
Hadith 10045
١٠٠٤٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان (عن) (١) (حبيب) (٢) بن أبي ثابت عن ابن المطوس عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من أفطر يومًا من ⦗١٣١⦘ (رمضان) (٣) من غير رخصة لم يجزه صيام الدهر" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever leaves a fast of Ramadan without a valid excuse, even if he fasts for his entire life, it cannot compensate for it.
Hadith 10046
١٠٠٤٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن واصل عن مغيرة (اليشكري) (١) عن (بلال) (٢) بن الحارث عن ابن (مسعود) (٣) قال: من أفطر يومًا من رمضان من غير رخصة لم يجزه صيام الدهر كله (٤).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) says that whoever leaves a fast of Ramadan without a valid excuse, then even if he fasts for his entire life, it cannot compensate for it.
Hadith 10047
١٠٠٤٧ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن (عمر) (١) بن يعلى (عن) (٢) عرفجة عن علي قال: من أفطر يومًا من رمضان متعمدًا لم يقضه أبدًا طول الدهر (٣).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that whoever deliberately misses a fast of Ramadan, even if he fasts for his entire life, it will not make up for it.
