Regarding delaying the making up of missed Ramadan fasts
Hadith 9985
٩٩٨٥ - حدثنا حفص عن يحيى بن (سعيد) (١) عن أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن قال: قالت عائشة: إن كان ليكون علي الصوم من شهر رمضان فما (أقضيه) (٢) حتى (يأتي) (٣) شعبان (٤).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that I used to have to make up missed fasts of Ramadan, and I would observe these fasts in Sha'ban.
Hadith 9986
٩٩٨٦ - حدثنا (حسين) (١) بن علي عن زائدة عن (السدي) (٢) عن عبد اللَّه البهي عن عائشة قالت: ما كنت أقضي ما يبقى علي من رمضان في حياة رسول اللَّه ﷺ إلا في شعبان (٣).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that during the blessed life of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), I used to make up the missed fasts of Ramadan in the month of Sha'ban.
