ما ذكر في السواك الرطب للصائم
Using Fresh Miswak While Fasting
Hadith 9413
٩٤١٣ - حدثنا أبو معاوية (و) (١) وكيع عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه أنه كان يستاك بالسواك الرطب وهو صائم.
Hazrat Urwah used to clean his teeth with a fresh miswak while fasting.
Hadith 9414
٩٤١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: لا بأس بالسواك الرطب (وهو صائم) (١).
Hazrat Mujahid says that there is no harm in cleaning the teeth with a fresh miswak while fasting.
Hadith 9415
٩٤١٥ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: لا بأس بالسواك الرطب للصائم.
Hazrat Mujahid says that there is no harm in cleaning the teeth with a fresh miswak while fasting.
Hadith 9416
٩٤١٦ - [حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن أنه كان لا يرى (بأسًا) (١) بالسواك الرطب وهو صائم] (٢).
Hasan did not consider it objectionable for a fasting person to clean his teeth with a fresh miswak.
Hadith 9417
٩٤١٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: لا بأس بالسواك الرطب للصائم.
Hazrat Ata says that there is no harm for a fasting person to clean his teeth with a fresh miswak.
Hadith 9418
٩٤١٨ - حدثنا عبيد بن سهل (الغداني) (١) عن عقبة (بن) (٢) أبي (حمزة) (٣) ⦗٥٣٣⦘ المازني قال: أتى ابن سيرين رجل فقال: ما ترى في السواك للصائم قال: لا بأس به، قال: إنه جريدة وله طعم، قال: (و) (٤) الماء له طعم وأنت تمضمض؟.
A man came to Hazrat Ibn Sirin and asked, "What do you say about using a miswak for a fasting person?" He replied, "There is no harm in it." The questioner said, "It is a twig and it has a taste." He replied, "Water also has a taste and you rinse your mouth with it."
Hadith 9419
٩٤١٩ - حدثنا زيد بن (الحباب) (١) عن حماد بن سلمة (عن حماد) (٢) عن إبراهيم قال: لا بأس أن يستاك بالعود الرطب وهو صائم.
Ibrahim says that there is no harm in cleaning the teeth with a fresh miswak while fasting.
Hadith 9420
٩٤٢٠ - حدثنا علي بن الحسن بن شقيق (أخبرنا) (١) (أبو) (٢) حمزة عن إبراهيم (الصائغ) (٣) عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: لا بأس أن يستاك الصائم بالسواك الرطب واليابس (٤).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) says that a fasting person can clean his teeth with a fresh or old miswak.
