Times When Dua is Certainly Accepted
Hadith 8692
٨٦٩٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن زيد العمي عن أبي إياس عن أنس قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "الدعاء بين الآذان والإقامة لا يرد" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said that the supplication made between the Adhan and the Iqamah is accepted.
Hadith 8693
٨٦٩٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عثمان بن الأسود عن أبي مرارة عن مجاهد قال: (أفضل) (١) الساعات مواقيت (الصلاة) (٢) فادعوا فيها.
Hazrat Mujahid says that the most excellent moments are the times of prayers; supplicate to Allah during them.
Hadith 8694
٨٦٩٤ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق عن محارب عن ابن عمر قال: كان يستحب الدعاء عند أذان المغرب وقال: إنها ساعة يستجاب فيها الدعاء (١).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) considered supplication at the time of Maghrib adhan to be recommended and used to say that this is the moment in which supplication is accepted.
