Those Scholars Who Permitted Prayer After the Onset of Fajr
Hadith 7572
٧٥٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر، قال: (نا) (١) عبدة بن سليمان عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: من شاء أن يصلي بعد طلوع الفجر فليفعل.
Hazrat Urwah says that whoever wishes to offer any prayer after Fajr may do so.
Hadith 7573
٧٥٧٣ - حدثنا حفص عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه، قال: إن بعد طلوع الفجر لجزءًا حسنًا (من الليل) (١) فكان يقرأ بعد الفجر بالبقرة.
Hazrat Urwah says that after the rising of dawn is a good time. Hazrat Urwah used to recite Surah Al-Baqarah after the rising of dawn.
Hadith 7574
٧٥٧٤ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن منصور بن الأشل (الغداني) (١) قال: سأل أبو حصين الشعبي وأنا أسمع عن رجل بقي عليه من ورده شيء وهو يصلي وقد طلع الفجر، فقال: يقرأ بقية ورده.
Hazrat Shu’bah says that Abu Husain Sha’bi asked Hazrat Mansur bin Ashl about a person who misses some part of his nightly prayers; can he perform it after the break of dawn? He replied that he can complete his prayers at that time.
Hadith 7575
٧٥٧٥ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: رأيت أبا إسحاق والحكم يصليان بعد طلوع الفجر.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I saw Hazrat Abu Ishaq and Hazrat Hakam performing prayer after the break of dawn.
