Reciting aloud in Eid prayer
Hadith 5894
٥٨٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث عن علي قال: كان إذا قرأ في العيدين أسمع من يليه ولا يجهر ذلك الجهر (١).
Hazrat Harith narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite in the Eid prayers in such a voice that those standing nearby could hear, but he did not raise his voice excessively.
Hadith 5895
٥٨٩٥ - حدثنا عمر عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: يرفع الصوت بالقراءة في الجمعة والعيدين.
Hazrat Ata says that recitation will be done in a loud voice in Jumu'ah and Eid prayers.
