من قال: يصلي (العصر ثم يصلي الظهر)
If the Imam Is Praying One Salah and the Followers Another, the Followers' Prayer Is Invalid
Hadith 4839
٤٨٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم قال: أخبرنا (١) منصور عن الحسن قال: يصلي العصر فإذا فرغ صلى الظهر.
Hasan says that (if the Zuhr prayer has been missed) one should first offer the Asr prayer and then the Zuhr.
Hadith 4840
٤٨٤٠ - حدثنا ابن علية عن ليث عن طاوس قال: إذا ذكر وهو في العصر أنه لم يصل الظهر فإنه يصلي العصر ثم يصلي الظهر بعد.
Hazrat Tawus says that if a person remembers during the Asr prayer that he has not performed the Zuhr prayer, then he should first complete the Asr prayer and then perform the Zuhr prayer.
Hadith 4841
٤٨٤١ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن مالك بن أنس عن نافع عن ابن عمر أنه كان يقول: إذا ذكرت وأنت تصلي العصر أنك لم تصل الظهر مضيت فيها ثم صليت الظهر فإذا (صليت العصر، و) (١) ذكرت أنك لم تصل الظهر ⦗١٧⦘ (فصليت) (٢) أجزأتك (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say that if you remember during the Asr prayer that you have not performed the Zuhr prayer, then continue performing the Asr prayer, and after that perform the Zuhr prayer. If you remember after performing the Asr prayer that you have not performed the Zuhr prayer, then your Asr prayer is valid.
Hadith 4842
٤٨٤٢ - حدثنا حفص عن أشعث بن عبد الملك عن الحسن مثله.
It is also narrated in the same way from Hasan.
