Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ata says that there is neither Tashahhud nor Salam in Sujood al-Sahw.

Hazrat Aamir says that there is no Tashahhud and Salam in Sajdah Sahw.

Hazrat Qatadah says that Hasan and Hazrat Anas performed Sajdah Sahw and then stood up and did not say Salam.

Ibrahim says that the Imam will say the salam in the prostration of forgetfulness (sajda sahw).

Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad say that in forgetfulness (sahw), he will recite the Tashahhud and then say the Salam.
