Hadith 9827
٩٨٢٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن الأعمش عن عمارة بن عمير عن أبي عطية الوادعي قال: تدارا (وتمارى) (١) رجلان في المسجد في رجل يصبح وهو جنب، فانطلقا إلى ⦗٧٦⦘ عبد اللَّه فانطلقت معهما، فسأله أحدهما فقال: (أيصوم؟) (٢) (قال) (٣): نعم. قال: فإن كان من النساء؟ قال: وإن كان من النساء. قال: وإن نام متعمدًا؟ قال: وإن نام متعمدًا (٤).
Hazrat Abu Atiyyah Wada'i says that two men in the mosque disagreed about a person who enters the morning in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah). Both of them went to Hazrat Abdullah, and I also went with them. One of them asked, "Will he fast?" Hazrat Abdullah replied, "Yes." He asked, "What if this happens to a woman?" He replied, "Even if this happens to a woman." He said, "What if he does this deliberately?" He replied, "Yes, even if he does it deliberately."
