في الرجل يصبح وهو جنب يغتسل ويجزيه صومهIf someone wakes up in a state of janabah and then performs ghusl, his fast is valid
Hadith 9826
٩٨٢٦ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن جامع بن شداد عن الأسود بن هلال قال: جاء عبد اللَّه بن (مرداس) (١) إلى عبد اللَّه بن مسعود فقال: إني أصبحت وأنا جنب (أ) (٢) فأتم صومي؟ قال عبد اللَّه: أصبحت فحل لك الصلاة وحل لك الصيام اغتسل وأتم صومك (٣).
Hazrat Aswad bin Hilal narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Mirdas came to Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) and said, "I began the morning in a state of impurity (janabah). Should I complete the fast?" Hazrat Abdullah replied, "You began the morning; for you, both prayer and fasting are permissible. Perform ghusl (ritual bath) and complete the fast."
