Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Muhammad bin Ibrahim states that Hazrat Usama bin Zaid used to fast on many days of the week and would fast continuously. Someone asked him why he did not fast on Mondays and Thursdays. After that, he also started fasting on these two days.
