Hadith 9207
٩٢٠٧ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن عاصم عن مورق عن أنس قال: كنا مع النبي ﷺ في سفر، فمنا الصائم ومنا المفطر، فقام المفطرون فضربوا الأبنية وسقوا الركاب، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "ذهب المفطرون (اليوم) (١) بالأجر" (٢).
Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we were on a journey with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Some people were fasting and some were not. Those who were not fasting pitched tents and filled water skins. Upon this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that today those who did not fast have surpassed others in terms of reward.
