Hadith 9181
٩١٨١ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين قال: حدثنا الوليد بن (جميع) (١) قال: ثنا أبو الطفيل أنه تسحر (في) (٢) أهله في الجبانة ثم جاء إلى حذيفة وهو في دار الحارث بن أبي ربيعة فوجده فحلب له ناقة فناوله فقال: إني أريد الصوم، فقال: وأنا أريد الصوم، فشرب حذيفة وأخذ بيده فدفع إلى المسجد حين أقيمت الصلاة (٣).
Hazrat Abu Tufail narrates that I had sahur with my family at Jabana, then I went to Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him), who was at the house of Harith bin Abi Rabee’ah. At that time, Harith bin Abi Rabee’ah milked his she-camel and drank it, and said that he intended to fast. Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) said that he also intended to fast. So Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) also drank the milk. Then Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) took Harith by the hand and took him to the mosque where the prayer had already begun.
