Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that sometimes the greatest reciter of the Qur'an is that hypocrite who does not leave out any alif nor any waw; his tongue moves just like a cow's tongue moves while chewing cud, but the Qur'an does not go beyond his throat.
