٨٩٦٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا ابن أبي ليلى عن الحكم عن مقسم عن ابن عباس: ﴿وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا﴾ [المزمل: ٤]، قال: بينه (تبيينًا) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) explains the meaning of the verse of the Holy Qur'an { وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِیلاً } that recite the Qur'an clearly and distinctly.
