Hadith 868
٨٦٨ - حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن العمري عن عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن القاسم عن عائشة عن النبي ﷺ قال: "إذا استيقظ (أحدكم) (١)، فرأى بللا ولم ير أنه احتلم؛ فليغتسل. وإذا (٢) رأى أنه احتلم، ولم ير بللا، فلا غسل عليه" (٣).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you sees wetness after waking up, even if he does not remember having a wet dream, he should perform ghusl; and if he remembers having a wet dream but does not see wetness, then ghusl is not obligatory upon him.
