Hadith 8607
٨٦٠٧ - حدثنا (أبو بكر قال) (١) عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد: ﴿وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا﴾ قال: في الصلاة المكتوبة.
Hazrat Mujahid says that the command of Allah Almighty { وَإِذَا قُرِیئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَہُ وَأَنْصِتُوا } (When the Qur'an is recited, listen to it attentively and remain silent) pertains to the obligatory prayer.
