Hadith 8447
٨٤٤٧ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن (عمرو) (١) (عن) (٢) جابر بن زيد عن ابن عباس قال: صليت مع رسول اللَّه ﷺ (ثمانيًا) (٣) جميعًا وسبعًا جميعًا قال: قلت يا أبا ⦗٢٨٧⦘ (الشعثاء) (٤) أظنه أخر الظهر وعجل العصر وأخر المغرب وعجل العشاء، قال: وأنا أظن ذلك (٥).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I have performed eight rak‘ahs together and seven rak‘ahs together with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The narrator says: I said, O Abu Sha‘tha! I think that you delayed the Zuhr prayer and performed the Asr prayer early, and delayed the Maghrib prayer and performed the Isha prayer early. He replied: I also think the same.
