Hadith 8405
٨٤٠٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا الغيرة بن زياد عن عطاء عن عائشة أن النبي ﷺ كان يتم الصلاة في السفر ويقصر، ويصوم ويفطر، ويؤخر الظهر ويعجل العصر ويؤخر المغرب ويعجل العشاء (١).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would sometimes perform shortened prayers during travel and sometimes complete, sometimes he would fast and sometimes not fast, he would delay the Zuhr prayer and offer Asr early, he would delay Maghrib and offer Isha early.
