Hadith 8353
٨٣٥٣ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن مجاهد عن ابن عباس قال: إذا كان سفرك يومًا إلى العتمة فلا تقصر الصلاة فإن جاوزت ذلك (فقصر) (١) الصلاة (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that if your journey lasts from an entire day until the Isha prayer, then do not shorten the prayer, but if it is longer than that, then shorten the prayer.
