Hadith 8138
٨١٣٨ - حدثنا مروان بن معاوية عن (قنان) (١) بن عبد اللَّه (النهمي) (٢) عن أشياخ لهم قال: كنا عند علي وحضر الفطر في رمضان فقال لنا علي: افطروا فإنه أحسن لصلاتكم (٣).
Hazrat Fanan bin Abdullah Nahmi narrates from his elders that they informed: We were with Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) when the time for iftar in Ramadan arrived. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to us: First break your fast, for this is better for your prayer.
