Hadith 7998
٧٩٩٨ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا هشام الدستوائي عن القاسم بن عوف الشيباني عن زيد بن أرقم قال: خرج رسول اللَّه ﷺ على أهل قباء وهم يصلون صلاة الضحى فقال: "صلاة الأوابين إذا رمضت الفصال من الضحى" (١).
Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to the people of Quba and they were performing prayer at the time of Duha (forenoon). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw them and said: At the time of Duha, when the young camel sits on the sand due to the heat, that is the time when the Awabeen (those who turn to Allah) perform prayer.
